This has been a project! I bought the home three years ago and about six months into living there, it became clear that there were serious issues with the home, the foundation, and the deck. The home had substantial issues when New Dream Renovations came on site including some that made the three story deck a serious life-threatening safety issue. This became a complete renovation of the home. As with most things in life, you get what you pay for. The quality of the renovation has been stellar. I have had multiple friends that I have made over the last two years who are experienced contractors who have said that the home is among the highest quality work that they have seen.
